🌿✨ Journey to Wellness: Embrace the Imperfections ✨🌿
I've been on a transformative journey with live and dry blood analysis as a key tool in my personal wellness and hormone journey. It's helped me shed 45 pounds—a feat that once seemed insurmountable.
The biggest hurdle? Stress. It's a universal challenge, but embracing our humanity and the divinity within us can create profound shifts. Remember, perfection isn't the goal. Let's strive to improve ourselves every day, step by step, even when we stumble.

Despite all the wellness tools at our disposal, stress can still take its toll. After reaching my goal weight, I discovered that I need high-dose steroids to save my vision. It felt like a setback, but I trust my body's resilience. I've overcome other autoimmune challenges, and I'll conquer this too!
While I'm a firm believer in natural wellness and preventative measures, there's a time and place for Western medicine. Today, I sit in gratitude, nurturing my body in an infrared sauna and float(even with a little coaxing). At the end of the day, no tool or trick can save you from the impacts of stress.
