Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or big emotions that just don’t make sense, Brenna Oswald is here to walk alongside you with warmth and curiosity. As a Mental Health Therapist working toward registration as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Provisional Psychologist in Alberta, Brenna holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts. She offers a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel grounded, seen, and supported on your own terms.
In your work together, Brenna takes a somatic, whole-body approach—tuning into the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system. Therapy with Brenna is far from one-size-fits-all. Depending on your needs, she may draw from Somatic Experiencing, DBT, ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). And if you’re a fan of furry friends, her therapy dog Marvin might just make a guest appearance, offering a little extra comfort along the way.
