Meet Brenna Oswald, CCC ✨
Life can feel overwhelming, and emotions don’t always make sense — but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Brenna believes therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real life, not like a lecture. She offers a space where clients can slow down, feel supported, and gently build the skills needed to move forward with confidence.
Brenna is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, along with degrees in Education and Arts. She is currently completing the final requirements to register as a Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Her approach is whole-body and somatic, recognizing the deep connection between emotions, thoughts, and the nervous system.
Brenna works with clients navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and those moments where you just feel stuck. She adapts therapy to each person, drawing from a blend of evidence-based and experiential approaches to support meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of sessions, Brenna can often be found spending time with her dog, Marvin — who occasionally joins therapy sessions to offer an extra layer of comfort and calm for those who enjoy a furry presence. 🐾
If you’re considering therapy and looking for a space that feels warm, grounded, and supportive, Brenna would love to connect and explore how life can feel a little lighter.
