As an Optician we pay attention to where your eyes are located in the frame. It is much more balanced if your eyes are in the centre. If you look closer you will see her eyes are in the top of the frame. Depending on your prescription it can add a lot of extra weight and thickness to your job. It also effects the look. It has a drooped appearance when the eye is set so high, especially in this shape. Depending on your face shape this may not work well at all. Your shape of the frame and how it fits matter. Let the experts help guide you.

Is reading your hobby? While progressives lenses are great for a little of everything. They somewhat fail for reading in bed or long time slots of reading. If your relaxing with your book laying on the couch or recliner. It is worth getting yourself a second pair of glasses just for reading . The whole lens is only that area and your eyes are no longer trying to look through a honey spot on the lens of the Progressives. Also, depending on your posture and position laying down makes it very hard for your eyes to look though the honeyspot of the Progressive lenses. The task is much better met with proper reading glasses. Your eyes will relax and preform at their best.
Consider using an older frame you already have if you want to save a little money.
