It appears as though my Facebook business page was sending mixed messages about my clinic hours and, more importantly, my availability. I've removed the 'Book Now' link from this page and replaced it with a direct link to my booking site (found under the 'About Info' or 'Intro' section, depending on the device you're using). Hopefully this clears things up. A big thank you to my client who brought this to my attention.
