Spending hours on our phones and computers can lead to “forward head syndrome”—placing extra strain on your neck, shoulders, and upper back. Over time, this can show up as tension headaches, stiffness, and that constant “tight” feeling.
Massage can help by:

How do you wind down? Here are some of my favourite Sunday Night Rituals. Comment below with yours!

•Set the Mood with Cozy Vibes - Dim the lights, light a candle.
•Disconnect - Set a “screens off” time.
•Sip Something Soothing - Feel the warmth of the mug, enjoy the aroma, sip slowly.
•Get Those Thoughts on Paper - 5-10 minutes, no rules, no pressure.
•Elevate your Bathing Ritual - Add bath salts or a shower steamer.
•Just Breathe - Start with just 3 deep, intentional breaths.
•Make Sleep Sacred - Create a pre-sleep ritual.

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment. Instead of worrying about the past or future, you focus on what you’re feeling right now—your breath, your thoughts, your physical sensations—without judgment. It helps calm the mind, reduce stress, and create a sense of clarity.

Massage, on the other hand, works through the body. By applying pressure to muscles and soft tissue, it releases tension, improves circulation, and promotes relaxation. But it’s not just physical—massage also helps quiet the mind because your body finally gets a chance to let go.
