We are 10 years old!! 🎉🎂🎈

Today our yoga studio turns 10 years old and honestly...where did 10 years go?

As a yoga teacher, my greatest joy comes from guiding others to find movement in their bodies on and off the mat. I've designed Celtic Knots over the past decade to be as open and welcoming to both the new to yoga and seasoned students. My classes are more than just a series of postures; my hope was we build friendships and community, share laughter and stories and help each other whenever and wherever we can. My dream of what this studio could be grows everyday before my very eyes in the hearts of every single student that walks through our doors. I truly believe that yoga is for everybody and all bodies! I cannot wait to see what the next 10 years brings.

Sad news....
It is with a sad heavy heart that we announce that the Fall Restoration Retreat running October 24th-26th will be canceled. Due to low registration we will be unable to go forth with the retreat at this time. We were very excited for the offerings that this weekend had to bring to you and perhaps we will be able to bring forth something like this at another time.

Stay tuned however for our exciting line up of fall classes and workshops and 🐝 sure to snag your spots quick so your not disappointed!

Come join us in the comfort of this home based studio where you can come and learn at your own pace without the stresses of big studio pressures. HOW THE PAGE WORKS: Classes will be sent out in a comment at the beginning of the week, simply like the comment to indicate that you are attending the class. Once there are 12 likes the class is considered full. If you are bringing a friend who doesn’t have facebook please comment below so that we know. LAST MINUTE CANCELS OR NO SHOWS: Please be considerate to other people who would like to take the class and give us 24 hours notice if you can not attend the class. Continued last minute no shows or cancels will be charged and will lose privileges to sign up for classes. Please respect everyone’s time.
