Three weeks without scrolling, and I’m noticing how much space that creates. Grateful for a quiet day, a softer pace, and the privilege of choosing rest.

Sometimes, spirit likes to remind us all how old we are ☎️

Each Spirit Experience is different and this one had some cheekier spirits than I'm used to 😅 but the amount of love was just as overwhelming as always (in the best way possible)

Sometimes vulnerability looks like walking into a room, taking the front seat, and speaking with every eye on you.

And sometimes, it’s choosing to walk into a room with an open heart, an open mind, and sitting in the audience.
Last night, 40 people gathered and did exactly that.

We had believers, we had skeptics, and yet everyone in the room held deep appreciation for the messages that came through, no matter who they were for. People shared some of their most precious souls and stories with complete strangers.

Every Spirit Experience carries its own layer of vulnerability, but something about last night… it felt like a shift. Gentle but profound 🩷
