✨Updated Cancellation & No-Show Policy✨
We’ve recently seen a rise in last-minute cancellations and missed appointments. While we understand that unexpected things can come up, we do ask that you provide us adequate notice if you need to make changes to your appointment.
Last minute cancellations and no-shows does not allow us to fill those appointments in our schedule, which impacts our team and our ability to serve other clients.
Effective immediately, the following policy will be in place:
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will incur a $20 fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide the best experience for all of our clients and staff.
