Do you find after showering that your comb has trouble getting through the knots in your hair?

Try this HAIR DETANGLER SPRAY

INGREDIENTS & SUPPLIES
* 1 tbsp vegetable glycerin
* 6 drops lavender essential oil
* 6 drops rosemary essential oil
* 6 drops peppermint essential oil
* 6 drops melaleuca (tea tree in Canada) essential oil
* 4 oz glass spray bottle
* water

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add glycerin and essential oils to the spray bottle. Twist the lid on, and shake to combine.
2. Remove the lid from the spray bottle, and fill the bottle the rest of the way up with water. Twist the lid back on, and once again shake to combine.
3. Let the spray sit overnight before using.
4. To use, shake well; spray the detangling spray lightly over hair, and then brush hair until smooth. Shake well before each use.

Well after those workouts, we need a post-workout relaxation
Try these Wind-Down Mint Towels
INGREDIENTS;
* 1 tsp epsom salt
* 2 drops peppermint essential oil
* 2 drops eucalyptus essential oil
* 1 cup warm water
* 2 washcloths
INSTRUCTION:
1. Place epsom salt in bowl and add essential oils, mix together with metal spoon.
2. Pour in the warm water, and stir until the epsom salt is dissolved.
3. Dip the washcloths in the liquid, and wring out the excess.
4. Fold each wash cloth in half and roll it up.
5. Place in the freezer, and freeze for a couple of hours.
6. To use, play the frozen towel anywhere you need cooling such as your face, neck, arms, feet, etc. Used rolled up, then unroll as it thaws to make the coolness last as long as possible.

New Years Resolution-Incorporating Exercise into My Routine
Result-Leaves Workout Shoes not Smelling so Great
INGREDIENTS & SUPPLIES:
* Old Pair of Socks (without holes)
* Rubber Band or tie socks in a knot
* 1 cup of baking soda
* 25-35 essential oils (Malaleuca, Purify, Peppermint, Lemon, Rosemary, Sage, or Thyme)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place baking soda and essential oils in a glass dish. Mix to combine.
2. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into each sock. Tie a knot at the top of the sock, or use a rubber band to close.
3. To use, place sock deodorizers in shoes, and leave them there when shoes are not in use.

Here is an easy way to clean your tooth brush:

INGREDIENTS & SUPPLIES:
* shot glass or small glass bowl
* hydrogen peroxide
* 1 drop melaleuca (tea tree) or lemon essential oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Fill the shot glass 3/4 full of hydrogen peroxide (enough to cover the toothbrush head). Add 1 drop of essential oil.
2. Stir the mixture with your toothbrush, and allow to sit for 8 hours (overnight works great!)
3. After 8 hours, rinse your toothbrush off with running water, and enjoy the feeling of a clean toothbrush!

When I am home alone, I like to bake. Unfortunately I like to eat what I bake and it goes to the hips and everywhere else.

Friday night, I saw my granddaughters face....from a cold she has been fighting and of course our dry Alberta climate, her face was very chapped and red, looked so painful.

Saturday morning I was home alone.....so of course I wanted to create something in the kitchen....went through my books and viola!

I made my granddaughter body lotion and body butter....made it on the stove and had to use a blender, it just didn't go in the oven so it was like baking in a way and it smelled great...at least this didn't go to my hips.

The beauty of it all........I knew every ingredient that went into it and knew the benefit. So when I gave it to my daughter to use on my granddaugther, It felt good.
