🔍️ The ABCDE's of skin cancer- Know what to look for!
Early detection can save lives. Here's a quick guide to help you check your moles and spots regularly:

🅰️ Asymmetry- One half doesn't match the other
🅱️ Border- Irregular, blurred or jagged edges
C. Colour- Multiple shades of brown, black, red or blue
D. Diameter- Larger than 6mm (about the size of a pencil eraser)
E. Evolving- Changing in size, shape or colour over time

SPF daily + regular skin checks = the best defence.
If you do notice anything unusual, don't wait, get it checked.

Some vineyards are using sunscreen on their grapevines to protect them from excessive heat and sunburn, especially in warmer climates. This sunscreen is not the same as human sunscreen, but rather a natural clay-based product like kaolin clay, according to winegrowers. It’s applied to the leaves and fruit of the vines, creating a protective barrier that reflects heat and reduces sunburn, leading to better ripening and wine quality.
So if farmers are using it so their grapes don’t turn into raisins, you should do the same. Nobody wants to look like a raisin.
