Incredibly grateful to have been considered a top pick in Edmonton for Massage Therapy.

A year and a half ago I stepped away from being comfortable and decided to become a solo RMT.

Of course I had doubts, fears, and hesitations.

Fast forward to now, I have an amazing client base and my books are full for the month and most of August. I was nominated a top pick for Sherwood Park bests in my first year. I'm still very much excited about having my own space and love showing up and being my authentic self.

My name is becoming recognized and I'm still getting referrals and have built some incredible relationships with clients.

It's okay to fear change, but don't let that fear rule your choices and decisions.

Choose your hard.
Believe in yourself.
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Become who you're meant to be.

This post is a little bit different today.

As an RMT our goal is always to put your health and safety first, but as a human.

We connect.
We love.
We support.
We encourage.
We grieve.
We grow.

Every person that walks into my office is more than just a body on my table and I truly value each and every one of you.

They are individuals with stories, emotions, and energy that make them who they are.

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is the connections I build.

I don’t just work on bodies; I get to know souls.

I share in laughter, in conversations about life’s joys and struggles, and sometimes, in quiet moments of reflection.

Recently, I lost a dear client—someone whose pure soul radiated kindness and a love for life.

It’s difficult to put into words the impact they had, not just in my practice but in the lives of those who knew them. Their presence was a gift, and their absence is deeply felt.

This is why massage is more than massage.

It’s about human connection, about care that goes beyond touch. It’s about honoring each person as they are—body, mind, and spirit.

To my lovely client: thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey.

You will be missed, but never forgotten.
