I “should”, you “should”, they “should”. Typically a verb - 1.
used to indicate obligation, duty, or correctness, typically when criticizing someone’s actions. 🙄 Ive been hearing this a lot. Telling myself this.. I should clean that. I should put that away… Why should I? Who do I answer to? Ultimately myself. I had a conversation with a dear friend about the word “should”. We tell ourselves we should or others what they should do. Should we be so harsh with ourselves? Can you speak kinder to yourself this week? Notice how many times you use the word. Where is it showing up? Self criticism is a kill joy. Find some joy this week and dump the word from your vocabulary! Be easy on yourself!!!❤️

Are you willing to go beyond your comfort zone? Push limits in every area or one area? Stretch your belief and call on your support system! Im cheering for you!! I had to ask for something WAY out of my comfort zone because I didnt feel worthy and was afraid to ask; now I wait. Whatever the outcome I definitely stretched my belief and took a chance. Otherwise I am staying where I am. Believe… and be willing. ❤️

If you think you need a retreat, vacation or “something” or even someone to help you “bloom” or blossom where you are.. you may be wrong. This flower grew out of a rock. You can bloom and grow wherever you are no matter the circumstances. Sure all the other things may help; however the work starts right where you are one step at a time. A desire to grow and change one little thing right where you are. My phone camera kinda missed the closeness and the ferry started moving but this was a purple flower growing right in the middle of a rock and it reminded me that we can grow even when the surroundings are rock hard and unmalable. Your soul is waiting to bloom! 🥰 This was taken at Shelter Bay ferry in British Columbia in June.

Where does your energy come from? Maybe you are thinking..”what energy?-Im so tired. Im wore out. Im depleted. Maybe you can answer this without missing a beat. Either way it makes us think about energy and time. Energy conservation and energy use. When something exciting is happening do we have the energy? What lights your 🔥? What is sucking your energy? Can you make time in your schedule to give back to yourself that allows you to have energy to do something you love?💕 Remember that life force inside you… it’s there!
