Jamie is a trauma-informed therapist who focuses on the connection between the mind and body. She supports individuals experiencing ongoing emotional or physical overwhelm, including challenges such as stress, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, BPD, and chronic pain. Jamie is trained in EMDR, IFS, DBT, ACT, and EFT tapping, offering body-focused tools that can be practiced both in and outside of sessions. She works with those who feel stress deeply in their bodies and are hoping to find ways to bring more calm and balance to their nervous system.
