Struggling with eye drops? You're not alone!

Whether it’s for dry eyes, allergies, or post-treatment care — putting in eye drops can be tricky. Here are some additional tips from your optometry team to make it easier:

👁️ Look up and away – Tilt your head back and focus on a spot on the ceiling.
✋Use your non-dominant hand to gently pull down your lower lid.
💧Aim for the pocket created by your lower lid — not directly on your eye.
⏱️ Close (don’t blink!) – Gently close your eyes for 30 seconds afterward to let the drop absorb.
☝️One drop is enough – More isn’t better and will just overflow.
