Disconnection from ourselves—our inner knowing, our soul—can happen when we’re stressed, overworked, burned out, grieving, holding onto anger, or navigating illness, heartbreak, PTSD, or fear. Over time, this disconnection can leave us feeling depleted, lost, or out of alignment.

This workshop is a gentle invitation to come back home to yourself. Through simple breathing practices, lighthearted play, laughter, and deep rest, you’ll be guided into a space where reconnection can naturally unfold. This is a safe, nurturing environment where you can soften, release, and remember who you are beneath the noise.

Your facilitator, Laara, brings over 30 years of experience as a wellness leader, Shamanic Coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and compassionate space holder. She will guide you with warmth and care as you reconnect with your inner self.
