LifeLines Holistic & Yoga, values quality of life and compassionate care for the individual and family. Offering in-home support and relaxation through the guided meditation practice of reiki, as well as small-group and individual yoga facilitation, workshops and training. Debbie Nessel, is the founder of LifeLines and sole practitioner; holding designation as a Holistic Health Practitioner from Grant MacEwan University, Master Teacher level certification in Reiki from Dharmadhatu Institute, certificates in Flower Essence Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, and Compassionate Care for the Terminally Ill. Debbie is also a registered and insured practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association. For five years Debbie managed psychosocial support, at an Edmonton organization, for those nearing end-of-life, as well as introduced complementary services to the hospice palliative care community through program structure, health days, regional conference, and presentation. Since 2009 Debbie has been sharing the healing benefits of reiki with those living with life-threatening illness, caregivers, and the bereaved. Additionally, Debbie has been a member of the UofA/Stollery Pediatric Integrative Medicine team, providing reiki to pediatric inpatients since October 2013. Debbie is a Yoga Alliance Registered Hatha Yoga Instructor, and will be adding further training in Yin and Gentle Restorative yoga practices to her repertoire in the coming months. Debbie's experience and training lends skills to support a wide range of individuals, on varying life journeys; from children, to adults, those living with illness until the end-of-life, and caregivers. The clients of LifeLines are individuals and families exploring wellness through natural health practices. Debbie offers reiki support out of her home, the client's home, hospital, care facility or hospice; depending on client needs. Fee for service: $40/30min, $70/60min
