Hi! 👋🏼
I first tried yoga in university, curious to try something new, reconnect with my gymnastics background, and stay in shape. At the time, it was just an activity. But as I got older and started a family, yoga became something much more meaningful.
During one of the most difficult seasons of my life, grieving the loss of my dad after watching his health decline from a neurological disease, raising two small children, and managing work, I felt completely overwhelmed. A friend invited me to a hot yoga class, and I remember being surprised by the peace I felt. For one hour, my mind was quiet and calm. I felt free.
Since then, I’ve returned to my mat again and again. Yoga became a strategy and a tool, a way to reconnect with who I am at my core. It brings me peace, clarity, and a sense of wholeness I had been missing. Each class feels like hitting a reset button, a return to my true self.
What I love most about this practice is twofold. First, yoga is for everybody. You don’t have to be perfect. You simply show up as you are. And second, the community. There is something deeply healing about practicing alongside kind, supportive people who remind you that you belong.
Outside of yoga, I’m someone who loves to laugh and smile, find joy in everyday moments, and feel most alive in nature—whether I’m hiking through the mountains, swimming in any body of water, or simply running around my community.
My wish is to share the healing power of yoga with others, to help people find what I found on the mat: space to breathe, space to feel, and space to come home to themselves.🧘🏼♀️💕
