Momma & Baby massage allows you to bring your baby - breastfeed, cuddle or nap while getting your massage. A one hour and 15 minute full body massage that includes breathwork, relaxation massage, scalp massage and specific acupressure points. This massage is designed to help induce a sense of deep relaxation, and acupressure points to balance the bodies energies that help facilitate labour & delivery. Book anytime after 38 weeks. Please note: This treatment is intended to help mom and baby prepare for the main event, but ultimately your body will move into labour when the time is right.

Insurance receipts available - I can do direct billing for Alberta Blue Cross and if you are with a different insurer - I can send you home with a receipt that you can then submit yourself.

Hello! I hope everyone has been doing well. I just wanted to let you know that I will be taking clients again on Saturdays and Wednesdays during the day. Because I have two little ones at home I’m only seeing clients that have been double vaccinated. I will also be keeping up with regular covid protocol on my end. I’ll ask that if you have any symptoms at all (even just a minor cold) that you let me know and we can reschedule for a later date. Thank you!

Changes in our everyday life can really throw us off balance. Ayurveda considers these changes to be β€œvata” in nature. We can feel uncertain, anxious and ungrounded. But fear not! There are simple ways to ground the body and mind that can help us feel much more connected and at ease.
{ROUTINE}
See if you can establish even the most basic routine if you are working from home. When our bodies know what to expect next, our nervous systems can relax.
{REST}
Getting good sleep will help our mental outlook and immunity. Put down your phone 2 hours before bed to prepare your mind for sleep.
{RELEASE}
Checking social media/news constantly is unnecessary and stress inducing. Staying informed is one thing but living in a state of media induced fear is entirely another.
{BREATHE}
Notice how a child breathes? Way down in their belly. Lay on your back, bend your knees and place your hands on your belly.
Breathe in deeply for a count of 5, and out for a count of 5. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh. So good!
{MOVEMENT}
Thankfully it’s warm enough to be outside. Incorporate exercise into your daily routine. A simple walk can do so much. Breathe the fresh air, get your blood moving and get out of your head.
{SELF-CARE}
Why not use this opportunity to read a favourite book, take a bath, cook a meal you normally wouldn’t make? Home cooked healthy food is a great way to keep us grounded and connected.
{GRATITUDE}
