Kids often feel like they can’t control their thoughts- and that once they start thinking negatively they are stuck.

But even young kids can learn to notice that first negative thought and challenge it with proof, other ways of looking at the situation, or by getting curious about where the thought is coming from.

How much more confident would your athlete feel if they could prevent one negative thought from spiraling into 20?

Young athletes want to know how to stop overthinking and doubting themselves. Many mental skills programs apply sport psychology principles meant for adults and this just doesn't work for kids. I've created a program just for them, and you. Book a free call to find out more.

Why is AIMS different? There’s a few mental skills programs out there for youth athletes, here’s how AIMS differs!

🤸 Content is broken up into 2 year age gaps, because kids at different ages have different concerns, learn differently, and need different things from the adults around them.

⚽️ NO WORKBOOKS! Kids already go to school all day, they don’t want to fill out worksheets. All the material in AIMS is interactive: videos, drag and drop games, hot spot images, choose your path-type decision making. This keeps them engaged and helps them apply what they are learning to real life.

🏒 Visually stimulating with both animated and real life sports video examples.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒 Parent content to summarize what the athlete is learning and provide helpful insight into how parents can guide their kids through stressful sports situations.

Ever wonder what to say after games or competitions? Especially tough ones. Parents want to offer constructive feedback but when emotions are high it’s best to just be curious and encourage reflective thoughts in young athletes. This keeps them coming back to you in tough times instead of dreading the car ride home.
