Just a friendly reminder! This is our cancelation/late policy. Due to limited appointments and of course, not wanting to take up people's precious time when they DO book an appointment. We understand that life happens, so please just give us a call if you need to re book or even cancel with notice, so that we can utilize that spot for others.

Dear Shoal Lake Clients,

Jenna, our receptionist will be leaving us after 3 years. She is going to be dearly missed. Deanne Peters will start June 2 as the new receptionst. Welcome Deanne!

We are pleased to let you know that from June 2, 2025 Shoal Lake Veterinary Clinic's business hours will be Monday to Friday; 8:30am - 5pm; CLOSED 12-1pm.
Appointments for small animal clients will remain the same, Mondays and Wednesdays: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Appointments for large animals: Tuesdays and Thursdays

The small animal service is dependent on the availability of our Veterinarians and staff. Our goal is to provide weekly services to Shoal Lake and area, unfortunately there will be some days due to the shortage of staff that this will not always be possible.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
