Sarah was born and raised in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley where she is now based. Sarah has spent her life deeply rooted in agriculture. A graduate of Dalhousie Agricultural Campus, she has worked in the ag industry for over ten years, combining her technical knowledge with a strong connection to farming communities. Sarah works part time on her families dairy and beef farm. She enjoys connecting with farmers, and spending time outdoors — especially at the lake with her dog Felix and husband Ryan, or on snowmobile trails in the winter. 🕒 Hours: 20 hours per week (times to be determined)

Nelson Alliance is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our small but dedicated team! If you’re organized, efficient, and have a knack for numbers, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Maintain accurate financial records
✔ Handle data entry, account reconciliation & basic reporting
✔ Assist with accounts payable/receivable
✔ Perform bank reconciliations and other general bookkeeping tasks

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Understanding of basic accounting principles
✅ Experience with bookkeeping software (Spire is a bonus!)
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
✅ Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
