I have begun to call this noticeable change "the unfolding" as it's like babies open like a flower and are more alert! They also tend to not like being put down! I like to make people aware of this as babies tend to sleep a lot in the weeks post birth, and even can sleep through anything sometimes. But this changes! They become more aware and like to be with their big people as much as they can 😊🧡

Vasospasm, sometimes caused by Reynolds Syndrome, is a condition that causes pain in the ni**le due to blood vessel constriction. If you are experiencing this, try these tips:
-Be Prepared Post-Shower with a heat source or warm garments/towel
-Bundle Up in Cold Weather, and maybe place warm material in your bra such as fleece, flannel, or wool
-During Exercise wear shirts with moisture-wicking properties
-After breastfeeding, use a heating pad or a reusable heat source like a sock with rice
-Reduce Caffeine Intake, since caffeine further constricts the blood vessels.
-Discuss Calcium-Channel Blockers such as nifedipine with your doc for severe cases
