Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it 💚✨ Our third retreat of the year was pure magic — paddle boarding under the sun, sharing stories that connected us, nourishing ourselves with delicious food, and of course, moving and breathing together on our mats. Thank you to everyone who came and contributed your energy, laughter, and heart. Each retreat reminds me how special this community is, and I’m so grateful to share these moments with you.
