As an internationally certified Havening Techniques® Trainer, Practitioner, and Mentor, Lynn Demers pioneered Havening in Canada. In 2015, she completed her training alongside the founders, Drs. Ron and Steven Ruden and became the second person in Canada to achieve certification. Lynn hosted the first Canadian Havening training in Vancouver in 2016, further establishing the practice nationally. What Sets Lynn Apart

✨ A Decade of Havening ✨

This month marks 10 years since I became a certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner — and as I step into my 5th year as a Trainer, I’m feeling deeply grateful for the journey.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of connecting one-on-one with students from around the world — Canada, Malaysia, Dubai, the USA, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, and Poland. Each person brought their own story, curiosity, and heart to the work.

What began as sessions with strangers has become hours of deep, meaningful conversation — and has blossomed into friendships and professional bonds that span continents. With each student, I’ve shared a minimum of 20 hours together, and every one of those moments has left a lasting imprint.

To all those I’ve walked beside — thank you for your trust, your courage, and your presence. I look forward to the road ahead and the continued ripple of healing we create together. 💫

Our Story

Lynn works as a Transformational Coach with a background of Professional Sculptor of over 30 years. She specializes in the healing modalities of Havening Techniques®, Emotional Freedom Techniques, NLP and Hypnosis as powerful tools to help release or transform anything that does not add to your work of art. Lynn believes that the person who can do that already exists inside of you. She will work collaboratively with you to help you discover your inner essence, your truth. Together you will then begin sculpting your greatness. The essence of a person and that of a work of art speak a common language. There is a resonance when a person is getting closer to describing their truth, just as there is a resonance that guides the mallet and chisel as a sculpture comes to life. Lynn's task is to recognize what resonates with and for you and to be your skillful guide you as you discover your truth. “Sculpting Soul-Deep Freedom”
