Acupuncture:

From head to toe, acupuncture addresses the entire body. The goal is to keep your health by addressing the source of the problem as well as the symptoms at the same time. After you've completed your certified acupuncturist's prescribed treatment plan, we recommend monthly maintenance appointments to keep you healthy. Acupuncture works in stages, with the best benefits coming from giving your body the time it needs to heal. Acute pain, for example, necessitates multiple treatments over a shorter amount of time to alleviate symptoms, whereas persistent pain necessitates maintenance treatments over several months. Medical Qigong:

Medical Qigong therapy is the energetic foundation of Chinese medicine. It addresses the root cause of disharmony within a person while working with them as a whole. In a Medical Qigong session, the practitioner, having developed through dedicated study and self-cultivation the ability to sense and manipulate energy, uses qi emission to restore health and wellness to the client. The practitioner may also teach medical qigong exercises and meditations. Auriculotherapy:

Auriculotherapy is a technique of using points on the skin of the auricle (external ear) to diagnose and treat pain and medical conditions of the body. Also referred to as Auricular Medicine, practitioners all over the world use this therapy to treat pain, addictions and internal disorders with excellent results. Whether used in conjunction with another treatment or by itself, auriculotherapy is often effective when other treatments have failed. Best of all, it is safe, non-invasive and has no known side effects.

New SuperMoon in Ta**us May 7-8th, 2024
Set new intentions:
The changes of yin and yang of the four seasons are caused by the waxing and waning of the sun and moon. Qigong's practice and treatment of illnesses should comply with the climatic changes. The time and orientation for Qigong practice and the methods of breathing regulation should be determined in the light of the law of YuetiNajis to facilitate the intake of the essence of the universe to nourish the body and live one's entire span. To explain it, when Zhen ☳ contains Geng, which implies two yins and one primarily generating yang, at a time from the first to fifth of a lunar month when the moon appears in the west at dusk with its surface accepting less sunlight, breathing regulation should be carried out with the practitioner facing east and the duration for intake of qi should be longer to absorb yang to nourish yin (interdependent).

I hope this post finds you in good spirits. As we approach the Full Pink Moon in Scorpio on April 23, 2024, I wanted to share some insights on how we can harness the energies of this celestial event through the practice of Qigong.

The Full Pink Moon in Scorpio holds significant energetic potential, offering us an opportunity for deep transformation and renewal. Scorpio, known for its intensity and depth, invites us to delve into the realms of our emotions, intuition, and personal power. This lunar phase encourages us to release what no longer serves us and embrace change for our growth and evolution.

Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movements, breathwork, and mindfulness, can be a powerful tool to align ourselves with the energies of the Full Pink Moon in Scorpio. Here are some benefits of practicing Qigong during this time:

Emotional Healing: Scorpio's influence can bring emotions to the surface, allowing us to confront and release any unresolved feelings. Qigong helps us cultivate inner peace and balance, facilitating emotional healing and harmony.
Transformation: Scorpio is associated with transformation and regeneration. Through Qigong practice, we can tap into the transformative energies of this Full Moon, shedding old patterns and embracing new beginnings.
Deep Introspection: Scorpio encourages introspection and self-discovery. Qigong offers a space for quiet reflection and inner exploration, allowing us to connect with our intuition and inner wisdom.
Enhanced Energy Flow: Qigong promotes the flow of Qi, or life force energy, throughout the body. By practicing Qigong during the Full Pink Moon in Scorpio, we can enhance the flow of energy, revitalizing our body, mind, and spirit.
Connection with Nature: The Full Pink Moon is a reminder of our connection with nature and the cycles of the universe. Qigong practice outdoors, under the light of the Full Moon, can deepen our connection with the natural world and amplify the benefits of our practice.
I invite you all to join me in a special Qigong session on the evening of April 24th at the VNFC, as we align ourselves with the energies of the Full Pink Moon in Scorpio. Together, let us embrace the transformative power of this lunar phase and journey inward toward healing and renewal.

If you're interested in participating or learning more about Qigong practice, please feel free to reach out to me. Let's make the most of this auspicious cosmic event and embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth.

Wishing you all a harmonious and transformative Full Pink Moon experience.

When was the last time you had that righteous feeling you get when you've done something you know is good? It may have been a while, but that fact has nothing to do with a lack of talent or skill. It has much more to do with your inability to recognize the good things in your life. You could be spending too much time looking for perfection when something very special is right in front of you. Your expectations are unrealistic. Give yourself a break and you'll start feeling more satisfied.

Medical Qigong Solstice Celebration and Gathering. - In Victoria – Saturday, June 17th
Seasonal Qigong is a well-known traditional medical Qigong practice in which one learns how to regulate the body and mind from one season to the next for atonement and to avoid common illnesses.
We have entered a very magnetic time of year: Summer Solstice!
The day that the Earth’s tilt towards the sun reaches its maximum. A day that peoples across the Earth have observed and treated as sacred since the earliest. The Solstice is a time extremely conducive to building vitality, uplifting your energy, and igniting fresh inspiration for your life.
We enjoyed a fantastic qigong gathering with Noel Taylor. During the Inner Radiance standing meditation, I shifted from an alpha to a beta state of consciousness and needed to move some stagnant liver and kidney qi. I created a vortex and disposed of the negative energy. Once these blockages were removed, the righteous qi was streaming from my hands. I wanted to use this energy to heal someone and decided to lay my hands on myself; at the same time, Noel gave instructions to bring some healing energy into the kidneys with the image of standing in the blue healing water and circling our arms and hands out and gathering this healing water and feeding it into the kidneys. The timing was perfect because I had just finished clearing my right kidney. During the seated meditation, we were instructed to create a higher image of ourselves. First, Ganesh appeared then Jesus held a bright golden orb of light over my head. My head was inside the light. This image was so clear that I wanted to open my eyes to see if I still had the vision.
The theme of the upper Dantian continued with my first Medical Qigong treatment. I saw golden light in the left-brain hemisphere of my first patient, and the right hemisphere was grey. The right hemisphere took much work.
I was the second person to receive treatment in our group, and the two practitioners spent much time working on my head. This worried me a little. As the practitioners worked on my head, both hemispheres of my brain glowed with bright golden light, but I saw a small dark wiggly line in the orbitofrontal prefrontal cortex. One of the practitioners pressed the kidney 1 (Yong Quan: Gushing Spring) point on the soles of my feet, the stress dissipated, and I fell into a deep state of relaxation.
The last practitioner to receive treatment is intuitive and has a well-developed upper Dantian. I placed my index finger on the yin tang and my thumb on the bai hui (DU-20), and a bright light appeared in the third eye. I could see the light rays streaming from this area like sunlight. The image change into a female angel dressed like a Queen in this long, flowing white ceremonial dress covered in diamonds and precious stones. After seeing this image, I stopped my routine work on the upper Dantian because the spirit wanted stillness. My vision of the queen in her ceremonial dress was a fitting image of the crown chakra.
My biggest takeaway from the Summer Solstice Qigong retreat was Noel’s session with the breast cancer patient. This patient shared tears of love from the treatment she received. I could feel the love she experienced as I witnessed her testimony. It was a joy to behold.
