What is Craniosacral Therapy?

This question has been asked of my lately and I wanted to share more information. You can learn more on my website too.

In looking for online information, I came across The Upledger Insitute YouTube site. I did the bulk of my training with this organization and am excited to be share this site with you too. On the YouTube site, you will find several excellent videos about Craniosacral Therapy and it's benefits.

In this post I am sharing a short video (link is in the comments below) that gives you some information about Craniosacral Therapy and it's origins. This video also shares an amazing story about a young brain damaged patient receiving the care.

It's been awhile since I visited the origins of Craniosacral Therapy and this video has brought tears to my eyes and warmth in my heart.

I continue to be so grateful to be offering this treatment to the public again. You can find me in Sidney, BC at Dr. Galloway's office on 2nd Street.

It's been awhile!!!

I'm back though and full of inspiration - arising from much time immersed in water nature world. (An unintentional pun).

The reminder that I AM ONE WITH NATURE has been pounded into me over the last 2 months since we moved aboard our boat. And I'm grateful to say that the experience has been graceful.

The times we live in currently are very interesting.... I think we are going through this experience so that we can shift from our 'small self focus', in order to remember how grand and infinite we truly are!

Sharing time with nature - truly breathing in a few minutes of the power, beauty and majesty of the earth around us... THIS IS WHAT WE ARE FOLKS!

So remember the truth today, especially as we peak mercury retrograde right about now. From what I've gleaned from this very powerful retrograde, we are being asked to truly embrace our self worth and self esteem!!! The beauty you see in nature around you is the beauty that is inside of you!

SOAK IT UP!!

Take the time over the next few days and meditate on your oneness with nature. You may cry, you may feel angry, you may want to give up.... If you give yourself permission to move through these feelings you will get to the other side and experience the oneness.

and wowza...

SUCH BLISS!!

I have been very focused upon our sailing company responsibilities over the summer and now that we are in the off season, I have had more people connecting with me on the topic of USANA and supplementation.
