My 19th donation! I've learned the secret that if you come at the end of the day you get all of the staff's attention 😁 Happy to hear that they were super busy all day today!
I was glad to grab some of them for my Instagram quarterly reminder to go donate blood if you can. 🩸
You can come to in Saanich or they have a mobile clinic at Mary Winspear in Sidney once a month.

We are very pleased to announce our newest RMT Uttam Gala to the Madrona team! Uttam brings 5 years of experience as an RMT and is very excited to get to know Sidney and the peninsula.
He is available Wednesdays from 2-8 which is perfect for all the after-work folks that like a later evening treatment time. His schedule is available for online booking now!

September 30th is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada. It is a day to reflect and educate on the injustices and horrors of the past 🧡
Please wear an orange shirt in support of our indigenous friends and neighbours, particularly one that has been bought from a First Nations organisation so that the funds go directly back to them 🧡
