Today our amazing residents at Cedar Crossing came together to spread a little extra love for World Kindness Day. They spent the morning putting together thoughtful care packages for our local women’s shelter — each one packed with essentials, and plenty of kindness.

We’re so proud of the compassion in our community, and grateful for our wonderful management team members who personally hand-delivered the packages on behalf of our residents. 💐✨

Today at Cedar Crossing, our residents and staff gathered together in remembrance.

Hazel, one of our residents, painted a beautiful piece of artwork to honour those who served. We were also grateful to receive a wreath from the Legion, which was placed during our ceremony. Staff shared readings and reflections as we paused to remember the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering service of veterans and fallen soldiers.
