Exciting news!!

If you haven’t already heard, I have recently joined Sayza hot yoga and other wellness practitioners at the new Cedar street location. All appointments will now be held here.

Thank you to all of my clients for being patient with me during this transition, and thank you to the Sayza team for welcoming me in. I am so excited to be working alongside a great group of people👏🏻

Time for an introduction. Hi everyone! My name is Arden Boer, I am a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.

I am SO passionate about holistic medicine. After receiving treatment from a Chinese medicine Doctor and experiencing relief that other medicines did not provide, I fell in-love with TCM. Acupuncture is truly amazing.
As a Chinese medicine style acupuncturist, we look at all aspects of your lifestyle, identify the root problem, and develop a treatment plan to balance the body and heal your ailment.

My scope allows me to incorporate many different modalities into my treatments such as; acupuncture, acu-stimulation, tuina massage, fire cupping, gua sha, moxibustion and eventually herbal medicine.
