“Should I exercise after treatment?” 🏋️

This is a common question I hear multiple times a week. The answer really depends on the person, but we STRONGLY suggest that following an Osteopathic treatment you go for a WALK (& drink lots of water) and avoid strenuous activity. Walking helps integrate the treatment so that your body can start the healing process!🌿

✨ Meet Erica! ✨

She is the owner of Vitality Osteopathy located here in Simcoe Ontario. Erica is a licensed Osteopathic Manual Practitioner from Norfolk County, and is OSTCAN certified. She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2022 where she earned her Masters in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences.

🦴Erica first discovered osteopathy after seeking treatment for a sports injury and was able to reap the benefits of gentle osteopathic treatment first hand. She is passionate about holistic health and wellness, and helping her patients to feel their best, improve mobility, and increase overall longevity and vitality through Osteopathic treatment. Erica looks forward to sharing her passion for Osteopathy, and health and well-being with you!
