Our mission is to coach women to move better, eat well and live a sustainable balance lifestyle through movement, education & skill development. ⁣📖🏋️‍♀️

Our vision is to create a space made for women, by women to provide a safe training atmosphere that is judgement free and can allow you to grow, learn & challenge yourself. ⁣🌿

Meet our coaches!

Nina Goode is the head coach/ owner of Excalibur Physiques. She began the business in October of 2019 with virtual coaching and expanded her in person services later that year. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Science Association as well as a Certified Nutritionist. Nina holds an honours diploma in Health, Wellness and Fitness from Mohawk College and has certifications specializing in Ante/Post Natal, Trigger Point Foam Rolling as well as Pre-Script Level 1 & 2. Her current education focus is on the pelvic floor and advanced biomechanics.

Brooklyn Skoog joined our team in December of last year! She is a Certified Personal Trainer with Canadian Fitness Professionals Inc. She is a two time graduate of Mohawk College with a diploma in Health, Wellness and Fitness as well as Mental Health and Disabilities Management. She is currently pursuing education is the field of yoga. Brooklyn specializes in running, strength training, people with disabilities, stretch work and holistic lifestyle coaching.

Transformation time- coach edition xo

Self coached, Brooklyn has guided herself through every part of her health and fitness journey. 💕💪🏼

💚2017-2018
Struggled with weight, confidence and little balance in nutrition. She was not working out at the time and was looking for ways to allow her to feel more comfortable in her own skin.

🩵2019-2021
The approaches she used to feel more confident took her town a different path included restriction of food and working out excessively with led her to develop an ED. Her confidence was low, she struggled to maintain a healthy mindset and felt lost

💛2022-2024
Fast forward to 2022 where she enrolled in the health, wellness and fitness program at Mohawk college and completely changed her mindset around her body. She focused on performance- speed and running as well as yoga. She became the captain of Mohawk’s CC team, worked on her relationship with food, became an ambassador for Modo Yoga and focused on how she felt, not how she looked.

🩷2025
Today Brooklyn is the epitome of balance. She trains 3-4 days a week, runs for enjoyment, practices yoga for mindset and uses the 80-20 rule for nutrition. The days where confidence is low she approaches with grace and continues to work on her mindset.

🤍The reason why you want to lose weight are just as important as how you lose it. Fostering a healthy mindset around fitness and nutrition in a support environments can make all the difference.

Some new openings have come up for mornings and afternoons with coach Nina. Once these are filled, all inquiries will be placed back on a wait list. Anyone on the wait list has been contacted **check your inbox or dm❣️
