Victoria Health Centre is now offering assisted stretching

So, what is assisted stretching?

Assisted stretching is a therapist-guided technique where your body is gently moved into deeper stretches while proper form and intensity are fully supported. By stabilizing your body and guiding each movement, your muscles and fascia can relax more completely—helping improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and reduce tension. Unlike stretching on your own, you can fully relax while the therapist does the work, making it both effective and comfortable.

We are Norfolk County’s only assisted stretching clinic, offering personalized, one-on-one sessions tailored to your body’s needs. We are now accepting new bookings and welcoming new clients.
