What is Active Release?

Active release is a movement-based massage that treats muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. It’s particularly effective for overuse injuries, headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, sciatica, plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow.
Hands-on treatment involves stretching or tensioning of injured or overworked tissue in very specific movement patterns to restore mobility, improve oxygenation, and help with healing.

Fun fact I went to school in Australia 🇦🇺 so I was registered there first.. My kids still enjoy when I drop Aussie slang and turn on the accent .
