We’re excited to invite you to our Food Exploration Program—a unique hands-on experience at Generations Marketplace and Learning Center, that makes trying new foods fun, safe, and exciting!

🌾 What It Is:
A sensory-rich program led by Heidi and Laura, a farmer and Pediatric Feeding Therapist duo! Together, they guide children through gentle, supportive food exploration activities—touching, smelling, and learning about fruits and vegetables right where they grow!

👩‍🌾 Who It's For:
Perfect for picky eaters, cautious tasters, or any child who could benefit from building a positive relationship with food in a pressure-free environment.

🍉 What to Expect:

➡️Guided farm walks in the gardens, hands-on fruit & veggie activities, safe tasting opportunities, tips for parents from a feeding expert, and the connection to where food comes from!

💬 We don’t force bites—we create curiosity!

Let your child explore food in a joyful, low-pressure setting that supports healthy eating habits from the ground up.

Huge thanks!! Facebook Marketplace and the Norfolk community of kind-hearted people never cease to amaze us!

Emily is showing off our new purchases! We found 23 new chairs for our therapy rooms, and the seller gave us a fantastic deal. Thank you to Rick for supporting us while we continue to do what we love to do!
