Pain relief and pain resolution are not the same thing.

Most people are stuck in a cycle that looks like this

But the real issue could be weak glutes, stiff hips, poor movement patterns, or joints above and below the area not doing their job.

We now have a physiotherapist on staff. Pranjali is fantastic! We are so excited and lucky to have her join our team.

If you want to get back to doing what you love……
