This weekend our 10U team, (sponsored by Achieve Movement Health Clinic), travelled to Essex to compete in the Essex FunFest Tournament and they came home as Champs!

Starting out on Friday, the team faced the Windsor Hawks. They got out to an early lead in the bottom of the first inning and then never looked back, taking the game by a score of 12-1.

The 10Us kept the bats hot all day Saturday as they defeated the DKMB River Cats by a score of 11-6 before moving onto the Tecumseh Rangers Selects, winning that game 16-1.

On Sunday, the team kept up the momentum.

Starting with the hometown Essex Yellow Jackets in the Semis, the team got on the board in the bottom of the first, bringing in four runs, and continued to add to the score throughout the game, winning 10-3.

In the Finals, the team faced the Kingsville Knights. Our Giants brought their strong defensive game along with hot bats, as they only allowed one run in, ending the game after six innings with a score of 12-1.

It’s been a minute since we’ve last posted but nonetheless we’re back and doing our annual winter clothing drive. Last year we surpassed our goal of 100 items donated by a large margin. The goal this year is to donate 130 warm items to people in need❗️.
So if you have extra mittens, hats, scarves, jackets, snow pants, sweaters. Whatever you have and aren’t using them anymore please drop them off at the clinic or message me and I will pick them up. Every little bit helps. Please share this post to spread the word. Thank you.

I figured this is a good time to introduce the First Lady of Achieve Movement Health Clinic, being Valentines Day and all. This is my wife She is the one behind the scenes that is part time decorator, part time cleaner, full time supporter of me and the clinic. She steadies my storms when I need it. She celebrates my success as if it were her own and when I fall, she helps me fall forward. A lot of the time she knows what I need before I do. She is the ultimate partner to do life with. Happy Valentines Day Jaylene! ❤️

Over the next little bit I’m going to be offering up some movement tips to help with improving and maintaining joint health and function.
These will be movements you can do at home with no equipment.
These are for anyone dealing with some joint discomfort/stiffness and really anyone that has joints….so everyone 😁.
This video is for the neck to help get rid of that stiffness.
