I know it feels that way.

What you’re feeling is your body trying to get your attention — not a diagnosis, not a life sentence.

That tight feeling you keep chasing to “fix”? It’s not always a green light to stretch.

But what we often see is the knee taking stress from somewhere else.

Weak hips.
Poor control.
Movement patterns that have built up over time.

So you keep focusing on the knee…

But the real issue isn’t changing.
