I apologize for the short notice but I will no longer be massaging. If you have any upcoming appointment/s with me, I will need to cancel them. I have had some on going back/neck issues and it is what’s best for me right now. I can try to find out who else is taking new clients, if anyone would like me to pass that information along.

FYI- At the moment, I’ve decided to not take on any new clients, as it’s becoming harder for my current clients to find availability. I’ve adjusted my online booking site accordingly. All current clients should still be able to book online, please let me know if you are unable too.

Your massage shouldn't cause you pain! Pain does not equal healing.

If your muscles are clenched, your massage therapist can't get to the root of the issue. It can actually cause more harm than good if you are fighting the treatment due to discomfort. Communicate with your practitioner if something hurts.

There are different types of massage and one is not better over another. Find the practice that works for you and ask your practitioner to adjust their pressure according to your likes and needs. 💛
