At Serendipity Wellness, I offer a variety of classes and experiences, from Reiki and meditation sessions to fun, creative jewelry-making workshops. My sessions are perfect for adding a special touch to retreats, girls’ nights, birthday parties, bridal showers, or any gathering where you want a unique and meaningful experience. Lately I’ve been coming back to one of the simplest nervous system supports there is: humming 💛

It’s gentle, it’s accessible, and it doesn’t require fixing or forcing anything.
Humming helps stimulate the vagus nerve — supporting calm, regulation, and a sense of coming home to your body.

I created a short humming guide you can use anytime:
✨ when you feel overwhelmed
✨ before sleep
✨ in the car
✨ during a pause in your day

No right pitch. No perfect way. Just breath + vibration.

Sometimes the smallest practices are the most powerful.

January’s full moon is called the Wolf Moon, which honestly feels fitting. Wolves weren’t just howling because they were hungry — they were checking in, staying connected, and reminding each other they weren’t alone. Kinda sums up January, doesn’t it?

This moon highlights the balance between how we’re actually feeling and what we think we need to be doing. The inner world vs. the outer expectations. Rest vs. responsibility. Emotions vs. the never-ending to-do list.

If you’re feeling a mix of motivated, tired, reflective, and slightly “what day is it?” — you’re doing it right.

✨ A few gentle prompts if you feel like journaling:
• What do I need a little more of right now?
• What feels like it’s taking more energy than it gives?
• What actually supports me — not what I think should?
• What am I ready to leave behind as this year unfolds?

🌿 Tiny practice:
Hand on your heart. Hand on your belly. Slow inhale. Longer exhale. Repeat a few times. That’s it.

The Wolf Moon isn’t about big declarations or fixing yourself. It’s about honesty, instinct, and remembering you don’t have to do everything alone.

No pressure. No resolutions. Just a check-in 🌕🐺

I’m not really a “January 1st = new intentions” kind of person, and realizing when I forced that in prior years it was well…forced 😅

I have noticed my reset button doesn’t want to kick in until the first new moon… or honestly even the Spring Equinox

That’s when my body and energy are like,
“Ahhh yes. Now we begin.”

Lately I’ve been going back down a bit of a rabbit hole with the original lunar calendar
13 months,
28 days each,
following the moon instead of a tiny square on the wall yelling what day it is 🌙

And yep… it’s got me. Fully captured.

Anyone else living more by moon cycles than Monday–Friday energy? 😂

As for 2026, the phrase I keep leaning into is Completion & Integration
less forcing new things, more finishing, weaving together, and letting things land.

Slower.
Softer.
Still powerful.

Curious if anyone else feels this shift too ✨

Serendipity Wellness is all about support, connection and healing. My name is Anitta Jensen, I am - in addition to a wife and mom 0f 3, a Reiki Master/Teacher, Doula, Accunect Practitioner and Crystal Healer. My work is intuitive and comes from the heart. I have always been drawn to intuitive healing and fascinated by the body’s innate ability to heal from within. I enjoy sharing my passion and skills in various capacities, from teaching and hosting workshops - to being in the supportive role as a birth and postpartum doula. I host Workshops monthly for crystal Grids and bracelet making, as well as, offer Individual Crystal healing sessions. Look forward to meeting you!
