Lately I’ve been coming back to one of the simplest nervous system supports there is: humming 💛
It’s gentle, it’s accessible, and it doesn’t require fixing or forcing anything.
Humming helps stimulate the vagus nerve — supporting calm, regulation, and a sense of coming home to your body.
