To my patients-

I regret to inform you I will be temporarily stepping away from my Naturopathic practice as of the end of August, 2024. I plan to return to practice in Slave Lake, although I have not yet determined a date to resume seeing patients.

If you have any concerns to review, labs to follow up with, or wish to have a more thorough plan in place for the time that I am away, this is a great time to reach out to us to book an appointment.

Unfortunately, I am not accepting any new patients at this time.

We are still working to add additional providers to this list so that all of our patients with coverage for Naturopathic care can benefit from the ease and convenience of direct billing!

Find our updated website at https://slavelakenaturopathic.com You will also notice Dr. Porisky has taken her husband's last name and is now Dr. Baker (no more need to ask how to pronounce 'Porisky' 😀). We hope to start accepting patients in the new year- an announcement will be made at that time with more info on how you can book your appointment.

Dr. Porisky is officially a Slave Lake resident! (And making the most of this snowy day to update our website!)
We are currently working towards getting re-established in a clinic space. Much goes in to moving and re-establishing a practice and we appreciate your patience during this process.

After five years at Mountain Health Team, I will be relocating my practice in October to be closer to family.
It has been a true joy providing Naturopathic Medicine to so many of you here in Airdrie. Thank you for trusting me with your care.
There will be a new female Naturopathic Doctor joining Mountain Health Team in my place. As always, the very caring and experienced Dr. Mountain will continue to see patients here as well- he comes highly recommended.
