Spanda is a Sanskrit word meaning ā€œdivine vibrationā€ā€”the subtle pulse of life that moves through everything. It describes the natural rhythm of expansion and contraction, much like the breath, the ocean’s tides or even the way our bodies open and retreat in different months.

As spring awakens the world around us, we can feel this energy rising—the urge to stretch, grow, and embrace new possibilities. The earth is stirring, calling us to shake off the stillness of winter and step into fresh beginnings. But just like nature, we don’t have to rush. Some days, we bloom. Other days, we rest. Both are part of the dance.

Today, take a moment to tune in. Are you in a phase of expansion or contraction? Honour where you are, knowing that both are part of the rhythm of life.

How often does your inner child come out to play? The part of you that’s wild, playful and endlessly curious. As adults, we often get caught up in the hustle, but when we let go and allow that free-spirited energy to flow, life becomes more vibrant and full of possibility.

Remember when you used to stomp in rain puddles, play imaginary games or explore new places without fear of the unknown? That’s the magic of your inner child.

So today, let that playful, curious spirit guide you. Take a break to explore something new, laugh a little louder and simply enjoy the joy of being in the moment. 🌸🌿

What’s something your inner child would love to do today?

There’s something magical about being around horses—their steady presence, the way they seem to sense our emotions and the calm they bring. But did you know that this connection isn’t just emotional? It’s physiological, too.

🐓 Did You Know?
The human heart emits an electromagnetic field that can extend several feet beyond the body. Horses, with their large hearts, produce even stronger fields—up to five times larger than ours! When we’re near them, our heart rhythms can synchronize with theirs, promoting a sense of calm, balance, and overall well-being. This is why simply standing with a horse can feel grounding, centering and even healing.

The Power of Presence
Horses live in the moment. They don’t dwell on the past or worry about the future—they respond to the energy we bring into their space. When we slow down, breathe deeply, and truly connect, we align with their natural rhythm, which can lower stress, ease anxiety, and bring us back to ourselves.

Well-Being Through Connection
True well-being isn’t just about physical health—it’s about emotional balance, mental clarity, and feeling connected. Horses remind us to be present, to listen and to lead with our hearts. Their ability to mirror and regulate our emotions is a gift.

So next time you’re around a horse, take a moment. Breathe. Feel their presence. And know that in that quiet connection, your heart is speaking to theirs. ā¤ļø

There’s something special about the bond we share with our animals. For me, it’s the soothing purr of my cat or the simple joy of walking my dog. Their presence reminds me to slow down and just breathe.

They seem to have a sixth sense for our emotions, offering comfort when we need it most. Whether it’s my cat Tristopher curling up beside me or my dog Whiskey Jack’s excitement when I walk through the door, they bring so much joy.

Do you have a favourite moment with your furry friend that brings you peace? I’d love to hear about it!šŸ•šŸˆšŸ’«
