Packed with awesome, these sauces are produced with pride and care in Smithers, BC It soon became popular among our friends and family.

40 Below Sauce began as a homemade hot sauce excursion in Yellowknife, NT using our carefully and tenderly homegrown habaneros. Since then we branched out and share with everyone! We make Hot, Not So Hot, Garlic, Hoisin, Mustard and Stupid Hot sauces. We have a sauce for all tastebuds to enjoy! Hot and Not So Hot Ingredients: pepper blend (mmm including red peppers* and habaneros!), lime juice*, apple*, onion*, garlic*, carrot*, sea salt and spices*

Garlic Sauce Ingredients: garlic*, garlic scapes*, apple*, onion*, lime juice*, sea salt and pure Canadian maple syrup

Mustard Sauce Ingredients: lime juice*, mustard powder*, hemp seeds*, apple*, garlic* and spices*

Gluten Free Hoisin Sauce Ingredients: apple*, GLUTEN FREE tamari*, tahini*, lime juice*, Canadian maple syrup, molasses*, sweet potato*, water, oat*, garlic*, 40 Below Hot Sauce and spices*

Stupid Hot Ingredients:habaneros, lime juice*, apple*, onion*, garlic*, Canadian maple syrup, sea salt and pepper*

*organic as often as organic ingredients are available! We also produce a line of 40 Below At Home loveliness! 40 Below LAUNDRY Sauce and 40 Below PIT Sauce.

40 Below LAUNDRY Sauce is septic safe and very efficient at its job! Just one tablespoon of our whipped formula will clean your laundry and make you smell wonderful. Also, the unscented is just that, truly unscented for those sensitive types! Our 40 Below PIT Sauce works wonders. Maintain a delicious smell of yourself even by the end of a long day!

This post features the beautiful red bell pepper!

This fruit is the key to so much of the incredible flavour in our sauces. We use ripe red bell peppers aplenty in our 40 Below HOT Sauce, 40 Below CAYENNE Sauce, and 40 Below NOT SO HOT Sauce.

Did you know that there are over 50 loads of laundry in each jar of our 40 Below LAUNDRY Sauce? More like 65 or so!

It's made with septic friendly ingredients and stain fighting power! You can even use it directly on a stain before you run it through the machine. It is grease cutting and environmentally friendly.

AND you can get it in Smithers and Terrace, BC! At Out Of Hand and Nature's Pantry in Smithers and Artisantique in Terrace.
