Are you in possession of an unused gift certificate or have you bought one that has not been redeemed? Balances on gift certificates need to be used before Trillium's last day of operation on August 28, 2025, beyond which they will no longer be valid.

Gift certificate amounts can be used towards any product or service at Trillium.

To our valued clients,

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we are announcing that Trillium will be closing its doors. We have been so grateful to serve our community over the past 7 years. We are incredibly proud of the clinic we have built together and the dedicated team we have had the privilege of working alongside. It was not an easy decision to make and we know how valued our collaborative, interdisciplinary clinic has been to our clients. We have come to a place where we are needing to explore our own separate paths. We will all still be continuing to work and offer services in Smithers and will continue to collaborate as a team albeit from separate locations. We greatly value and appreciate you our clients and hope you will understand and continue to allow us to assist you with your recovery and rehabilitative needs. We will all be continuing to offer services in our current location until further notice, and all current appointment bookings are still valid and will be offered at our current location. We will continue to update you as to where you will be able to find and follow us all moving forward.

How to book an appointment when you receive a waitlist opening notification from our Janeapp booking system:

If there’s a new opening that fits your appointment preference and availability, you will receive an email, SMS, or both.

The email/SMS will provide a link to book that spot online or a prompt to call the clinic to book. YOU MUST CLICK THE LINK IN THE EMAIL/SMS TO BOOK! If you go to the main online booking page without following the link, the appointment will not appear available to book. The appointment is only available to book by patient's on the waitlist for 1 hour. After that time, the appointment is open to everyone through the main online booking page.

If another client books the spot first, you will see a message informing that the spot is no longer available and another notification will be sent when a spot opens up. From the email, you can also choose to remove a Wait List Request or update notification preferences.

Dr. Paige Hiney is providing chiropractic care and orthotics to Smithers BC, and the surrounding area at Trillium Integrative Health Centre!

Her practice is focused on getting patients back to doing what they love through a treatment plan that is best suited for them. She utilizes a variety of different modalities including instrument and manual adjustments and mobilizations, soft tissue tools including cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization as well as exercises prescription.

Dr. Paige is also trained to cast orthotics and works alongside Peak Orthotics to provide patients with a personalized orthotic best suited for their needs and symptoms!
