🌴Chapter 1 (week 1) ~ Hawaii: a Re-Birthday Celebration!

As many of you may know, I lost one of my closest sisters this year and it has been especially hard on me. She and I were incredibly close for the last 3 decades and for the last 10 years, I went with them on almost all of their family vacations. This October I am invited again to join her family and a few close friends for a week in their vacation home in Hawaii to celebrate her on her birthday. A beginning of turning grief into something beautiful while honouring her. ✨💖✨🌴🐬🐢🐚🌊

🌴Chapter 2 ~ Sayulita, Mexico: Dia de Los Mu***os &
STEM CELL THERAPY!

Arriving from Hawaii directly to Mexico just in time for the epic Mexican holiday in which they celebrate the tradition of honouring their dead!

It will be a perfect next step in the journey to continue to celebrate and honour the wild and incredible spirit that Vesna was in this world! It is all the more fitting because her and I have vacationed there as well together in Sayulita itself!

As you may also know, I have lived with early onset osteoarthritis for the last decade and a half.

Without boring you with too many details, I will say that I have found a few wonderful avenues of relief on this journey and by far, the most effective of which is

for body and soul

Please pick a time you would like to receive your Thai Session for what length. (60-90 mins)

Monday Sept. 8th

Available Tuesday 9th if Monday fills up!

During a Thai Session you will receive a deep, full body treatment, fully clothed.
Come lounge while the practitioner dances the recipient into yoga poses using palms, forearms, hands and feet which allows for a deeper stretch, rock and twist.

Each session is customized to the needs and wants of each person.
In Thai bodywork l am listening: to your breath, to the words you speak, and to your body’s subtle language of response. I’m encouraging you to listen, too.

As we focus on moving Prana, releasing physical or emotional blockages you will feel open to fresh energy and renewal while you relax and I do the rest. I take care of you, guiding your body to remind itself how to heal and restore energy flow.

When these spots fill up I will open up further bookings for following weeks on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.
