Today’s client is a radiant 58-year-old woman who came in with a desire to subtly refresh and restore her features while maintaining her natural beauty. We designed a thoughtful treatment plan focusing on long-term results and balance:

💉 Sculptra – 2 vials were used to gradually stimulate collagen and improve skin firmness and facial volume. Sculptra works over time, creating a natural, lifted look without adding bulk.

💋 Soft lip filler – A touch of hydration and shape using a lightweight dermal filler to restore moisture and definition without over-volumizing. Think refreshed, not overdone.

Today’s treatment: cheek and lip filler for our beautiful 27-year-old client.

She naturally has a full, lush bottom lip, so we focused on creating soft balance and definition to the upper lip using Revanesse Ultra for a subtle, refined enhancement.

She also shared concerns about volume loss in the area where the orbicularis oculi and zygomatic muscles meet—commonly seen as deepening folds or shadows. To address this, we used Revanesse Shape in the cheeks via cannula technique to lift and support the midface.

No bruising, minimal downtime, and now we allow the filler to settle while she stays hydrated over the next couple of weeks.
