I am a holistic health coach and educator with a voice of reason. Working with people from all walks of life to create a sense of balance by making positive and lasting health and lifestyle changes and achieving optimum health. With 38 years of experience as a health care practitioner, Certified Biological Registered Dental Hygienist, Natural Health Consultant and Live Cell Microscopist. My ultimate passion and goal is to empower you to live your best life!
