Hey everyone,

Little life update.

For the past year I've been working 60+ hour weeks, and honestly it's caught up with me. I want to show up as the best version of myself, and right now that means making a tough call...

As of May 1st, 2026, I will no longer be accepting new clients.

My schedule is currently booked two months out, with my next available afternoon not until January 2027. This wasn't a decision I made lightly.

That said, HKC isn't going anywhere. In fact we are just getting started. I've built a team I'm genuinely proud of.  Cassie & Sam will be handling all personal training and James will be taking over all new massage clients. You're in good hands, literally lol.

My focus going forward is on the people already in my chair. You have my full attention.

🌟 Introducing the newest member of our team, Cassie!

Cassie joins us this October and brings a passion for helping others, and is excited to help individuals lead healthier lives. With a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honors from Brock University, Cassie plans on offering Fascial Stretch Therapy, Group Fitness and One-On-One Fitness for seniors, as well as Cupping, IASTM, and K-Taping.

Cassie's fitness schedule will begin in October, with Kinesiology Appointments becoming available in November.
