February is Black History Month — a time to reflect on equity, access, and the systems that shape health outcomes. Equitable primary care means more than access. It means culturally responsive, team-based care that recognizes social context and patients over time. Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinics are designed
to deliver care that is accessible, accountable, and grounded in community
needs.
