The Golden Hour Breathwork and Meditation for Nervous System Support
Join Laura for a 60 minute guided reset to move you out of survival mode and back into regulation.
We start with gentle breathwork to release stored stress and signal calm to the brain. Breath is one of the fastest ways to regulate the stress response. When your breath shifts, your body follows.
Then we move into grounding meditation to anchor the change, allowing your system to settle and remember what calm feels like.
This is for you if you feel wired but tired, struggle to truly relax, are carrying a lot, or just want some deep rest.
Youβll leave calmer in your body and clearer in your mind.
