I empower clients to become their best selves through Manifestation Therapy, integrating a range of evidence-based modalities including Brainspotting, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Motivational Interviewing. From an attachment-based and somatic perspective, I focus on healing through emotional processing, exploring how early imprinted messages and belief systems can hold us back. When I was younger I used to believe everything happens for a reason.

I carted around that mantra through my disappointing teen years that were filled with all sorts of trauma and lost identity. Everything happens for a reason.

Death. Loss. Abuse. Mistakes. All have some sort of hidden message. Within the darkness there would be some secret light to dig out, open up or uncover.

When I struggled that mantra helped me understand that somewhere somehow there would become a rationalization for it.

As I’ve grown. As I’ve learned the depths of the energy of source. As I have connected with the hermetic universal principles and manifestation I have let go of some of that “everything has a reason” because sometimes the reason doesn’t justify the cause. Sometimes the consequence is greater than the compensation.

Sometimes what was just was. It doesn’t make sense. It’s about a radical acceptance.

But it does always lead us to where we are.
There is always a lesson. Even if that learning is only that sometimes things do not make sense.
It just is what it is to bring us to where we are.

Through that dark place and back into our own light.

Because sometimes it is just about finding ourselves. No one else has a life preserver. No one else can shine their light into our darkness.

It may just be that.

Whatever you have struggled with - may just need a radical acceptance. It was what it was.
And now it is what it is.

Let it be just that.

Become who you are meant to be not because of it - but because of you.

Working with me is a space is for people who are done forcing themselves to heal.

It’s for those who have done the insight work.
Tried some therapy maybe, looked into alternative healing, or energy work. Who have some self reflection and still feel that something in the body mind and spirit hasn’t caught up yet to where thy need to be.

The healing power in writing

C.L. Heckman didn’t start writing to become a bestseller.
She started writing to survive.

She wrote because silence was heavier than truth.

Because unspoken trauma doesn’t disappear, it lodges in the body, the nervous system, the story we tell ourselves.

The scariest part in writing is being seen.
Letting people read the parts you were once told to hide.
Letting your truth exist without apology.
Letting your story be witnessed.
When one survivor writes, another finds language for their own healing.
This is why writing heals.
This is why voices matter.
This is why survivors are warriors.

Writing reaches places talk therapy alone often can’t, because it directly engages the limbic system, the part of the brain responsible for emotion, memory, threat, and attachment.

Trauma isn’t stored as a neat story.
It’s stored as sensation, image, emotion, and incomplete meaning. When you write:
• the amygdala releases emotional charge
• the hippocampus helps organize fragmented memory
• the prefrontal cortex brings coherence and choice

This is why writing can feel intense, relieving, or grounding all at once.

You’re not just “thinking” about the experience, you’re integrating it.

Putting words to what once lived only in the body signals safety to the nervous system.
It tells the brain: this has a beginning, a middle, and an end.

And yes being seen is terrifying. Visibility once meant danger for many survivors.

But when writing happens in agency rather than silence, it rewires that association.
Voice becomes regulation.
Expression becomes empowerment.
Your words when written consciously metabolize what was frozen.
Writing is completion.

And when one person writes their truth, others recognize their own,
which is how individual healing quietly becomes collective repair.
