🌿✨ Welcome Meagan to the Breathe Wellness Studio Team! ✨🌿
We are so excited to introduce Meagan, our newest Yoga & Pilates instructor joining the Breathe Wellness family!
Meagan brings nearly a decade of teaching experience in yoga, meditation, Pilates, and fusion-style movement. She has guided students of every age and skill level, and her classes are known for being empowering, grounding, and deeply rejuvenating.
Her intention is simple but powerful:
to help every student leave class feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves.
Meagan’s own journey into mindful movement began after two knee surgeries following years of competitive dance. Yoga became her pathway to both physical healing and mental restoration, and she has been devoted to sharing that gift ever since.
She completed her 200-hour YTT in 2017 and has continued to expand her expertise with training in:
• Personal training
• Mat Pilates
• Reformer
• Exercise nutrition
• Sleep, stress & recovery
Meagan’s classes blend movement, mindfulness, and functional strength to help you build sustainable practices that support your life—on and off the mat.
