Breathe Wellness was created from a simple but powerful belief…
That true healing happens when the mind and body are both cared for. ✨

In 2019, Amanda opened a one-room massage therapy clinic with a vision of creating therapeutic treatments in a calm, spa-like environment. She believed that while clinical care is incredibly important, the environment we heal in matters just as much.

Because when the nervous system is constantly overwhelmed, stressed, rushing, and overstimulated… the body struggles to truly rest, repair, and heal.

That one treatment room quickly grew into a three-room clinic in Dunnville, followed by the opening of Breathe Studio in Smithville. But through all of the growth, the vision stayed the same — to create a space where therapeutic care and mind-body wellness could exist together under one roof.

Then came this space.

The moment Amanda saw the plaza location, she knew it was meant to become Breathe Wellness. Combine all 3 locations into this one space where the community could come not only for treatments, but to exhale. To feel supported. To heal. To reconnect with themselves.

Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to reconnect with the foundations of Pilates. This class focuses on core strength, posture, stability, breathing, and controlled movement in a supportive environment.

10:45 AM — Hatha Yoga
A slower-paced yoga practice focused on mindful movement, stretching, balance, and breathwork. Great for all levels and ideal for improving flexibility while calming the mind and body.

12:00 PM — Yoga Pilates Fusion
The best of both worlds. This class blends Pilates-inspired core work with yoga flow and stretching for a balanced full-body workout that builds strength, mobility, and stability.

5:30 PM — Barre Sculpt
A fun, low-impact class combining barre, Pilates, and strength-based movements designed to tone and strengthen the body while improving endurance, posture, and balance.

6:45 PM — Heated Slow Flow
A warm, grounding yoga practice designed to help release tension while gently building strength and flexibility. The heated room allows muscles to relax more deeply while encouraging a calming nervous system reset.

8:00 PM — Yin & Yoga Nidra
End your evening with deep rest and restoration. Yin yoga focuses on long-held stretches to release fascia and tension, followed by Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation practice designed to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation.
