✨ 10:15–11:15 AM — Warm Restorative Sunday

This is your exhale. Long, supported holds with bolsters and blankets in a warm space to fully relax the body, regulate the nervous system, and release the week’s tension.

This 3-Week Nervous System Reset Series at Breathe Wellness is designed to gently guide you back into balance.

Over these three weeks, we will intentionally work with your nervous system — helping you shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-restore.

Each session will include:

✨ Deep relaxation techniques
✨ Tools you can take home and use in everyday life
