TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY

Huge shout-out to our client Kyle on completing his initial 3 month program and achieving a tremendous amount of progress in not only his physique but also his daily eating habits and overall well-being.

Kyle came to us with the goals of improving his body composition with increased muscle mass, improving his diet, and improving his cardiovascular fitness. Even though Kyle works full-time, lives a busy lifestyle, and enjoys regular outings with friends and family, that didn't stop us from achieving his goals. During the time of his initial program, Kyle was able to drop 15lbs of body fat AND increase his performance metrics in the gym.

This is what happens when you create a strategic plan, put in the effort to stay consistent and disciplined, and work together to make adjustments and stay accountable. I'm excited that this is just the beginning and I can't wait to see what we can continue to accomplish together 💪
